Bidders may purchase Bid Documents from Blueprint Specialties at 1500 Union Street, Lafayette, Indiana 47904, 765-742-6976. An electronic copy of the Bid Documents may be obtained from the Architect upon request. Bids for contract work may be emailed to the Architect on behalf of the Owner until 1:00 PM local time, Thursday, September 26th, 2024. Email bids to Justin Sorber at the email address jsorber@cordoganclark.com. Bids will be reviewed privately. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to not necessarily accept the lowest bid and to reject any and all bids.
