District, 25 S. Municipal Drive, Sugar Grove, IL 60554.

PHASE I

Bid Package documents, drawings, and specifications shall be available on or after October 28, 2024.

Bidders may visit the following websites to obtain the bid documents. Printing and shipping costs

shall be the responsibility of the bidder:

The Contractor shall pay, if applicable, not less than the prevailing rate of wages as established, to all

laborers, workmen and mechanics in the performance of Work under this Contract in accordance with

“An Act regulating wages of laborers, mechanics and other employed under contracts of Public

Works.” 820 ILCS 130/1 et seq.
